Your account remains active and your balance is safe. We do not close inactive accounts or expire funds. If you return after any time away, your full balance will be there, and your login credentials work as before. We may send occasional reminders to your registered email, but you're in control of when you play next.

Once your deposit via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS is confirmed in your account, the transaction is locked. If you believe a deposit was made in error—for example, you sent funds twice—contact support immediately with your transaction ID and we'll investigate within two business days.

Withdrawals must go back to the payment method you used to deposit. If you deposited via GoPay, your withdrawal goes back to that same GoPay wallet. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours during business days; funds typically arrive in your wallet within one additional hour after we release them.

There are no withdrawal limits stated in our terms for payout amounts. However, your payment provider—DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS—may have wallet limits per transaction. If your withdrawal exceeds your provider's single-transaction cap, you can request it in smaller instalments spread across separate days.

We can update our terms, but you will receive written notice at least 30 days in advance via email to your registered address. The notification will highlight exactly what has changed. If you do not agree with the update, you can close your account and withdraw your balance before the change takes effect.

Our terms prohibit one person from opening multiple accounts or sharing login credentials with others. If we detect duplicate accounts, we consolidate them into one, and any activity that violates this rule may result in temporary account suspension while we investigate. Shared accounts breach our terms because it compromises security verification.

All deposits, balances and personal information are encrypted using industry-standard SSL protocols. Your payment details are never stored on our servers; they are processed directly through our payment partners' secure systems. You can enable two-factor authentication in your Account > Security settings for additional protection on every login and withdrawal.
